In this section I will provide you with concrete tools that you can use to recondition your mind to want to be a non-smoker. It is much simpler than you imagined now that you are beginning to understand this mysterious behavior, smoking. But becoming a tobacco-free, healthy, happy, in-control non-smoker is not effortless. It requires effort on your part. If you have enough pride, self-respect, and sincere desire to be happier and healthier to follow through and actually do the simple techniques I will provide you in this section, then you can proudly join the thousands of other successful people who have used these techniques to become happy, healthy non-smokers.
